On Wednesday I had the privledge of being asked by Newcastle University's School of Psychology to photograph their signing of the "Memorandum of Understanding" between themselves and the Norwegian Police University College. As well as staff from the School of Psychology, there were officers from the Northumbria and Norwegian Police forces at the presentation and signing.
